1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using qrfruit.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Tier Limits

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Your access to specific features is governed by your active tier:

  • FruitPage Limits: From 1 to 199 pages based on plan.
  • Custom Domains: Requires Silver tier or higher.
  • Scan History: Subject to log limits (500 to Unlimited).

3. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content posted on your FruitPages. You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
  • Illegal activities or promotion of prohibited goods.
  • Infringement of copyrights or trademarks.
  • Pornographic or highly offensive content.

*We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

4. Custom Domains

Users on applicable tiers may connect custom domains. You are responsible for maintaining the DNS records and the ownership of said domains. qrfruit.com provides SSL via automated services but does not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party domain mappings.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Billing Dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QRFRUIT.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
